CCNA has been in business for 13 years and are specialists in Enterprise and Government solutions for Secured Networking, Unified Communications, and Contact Centre Solutions.

 

What problem is CCNA solving?

Customer Contact solutions across the whole organisation including, Unified Communications and Contact Centre.

 

What is unique about your business?

Ability to be able to execute contact solutions that work for our customers.

 

As a business owner, what are your top three priorities?

The flexible working solution both internally and externally, Happy customers, Happy Vendor partners.

How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

A vision around taking previous successful businesses and making them more flexible for both staff and customers.

 

What was your mission at the outset?

Delivering successful solutions to our customers and developing the business..

 

Is this where you thought you would end up?

Yes, we were always confident we had the right business model, there are always high and lower points along with the way, but you need to remain positive and back your vision.

 

To what do you attribute your success?

Great staff, industry knowledge, vendor relationships, and happy customers.

 

What’s one thing you see small business owners failing to do?

Have the correct tools to grow business, you need a good accountant, lawyer, and most importantly visibility of how the business is tracking on a week-to-week basis by setting KPIs and tracking them.

 

If CCNA could achieve just one goal in the next 12 months, what would it be?

Just continued growth through our great service offerings.

 

How did you hear about Servcorp?

We were looking for a serviced office way back 12 years ago and choose Servcorp, and have been happy with them ever since.

How long have you been a Servcorp client, and what has impressed you the most about our service?

12 years and they have always looked after us across Australia.

 

What has been the biggest benefit you’ve experienced as a result of working with Servcorp?

Flexibility – always has been, meeting rooms when we need them and offices across Australia when we need them.

 

What advice would you give to the next generation of leaders?

Look for flexible solutions to grow your business.

 

What’s an accomplishment that you are most proud of?

Our 56 great staff and growing customer base from our great service and solutions.

 

What is one way that operating business today is the same as 15 years ago, and one way it’s different?

Same - It is customer-driven and relationship-driven.
Different - Carrier connectivity is a lot further advanced, there is WiFi and carrier data available everywhere these days.

 

If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Go for it, be driven, and don’t hold back.
