Is this where you thought you would end up?
A Part of it; of course, is where I stand today. However, I never settled for what I have, I’m always hungry for more achievements, and success in my life.
Reaching a part of my dream is a blessing but the sky is always the limit. I always keep myself grounded, remind myself where I used to be and where I am today, this is what keeps me going, and thank God for the blessings that I have and earned.
What’s one core message you received from your mentor?
Never look back, because if you look at the past you will be stuck there forever. Look at the sky, this is your limit and this is where your ambitions should stop. Work hard, but work smart.
What advice would you give to the next generation of female leaders?
You will always have battles in your life and sometimes you will get to lose; Although, it’s not about how fast you will reach, or what’s waiting on the other end. Just enjoy the journey! Remember there will always be other mountains, and you will always have to move them. Never give up, keep trying, keep going! Because this is what you are going to remember at the end. This is what makes you - YOU!!
As a female leader, what has been the most significant barrier in your career?
Life is full of obstacles, ups, and downs but those who never fall, will not feel the glory of rising.
Being part of this country and the vision that is being led by his highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, has taught me to work hard to be able to achieve all my goals and fulfill all my dreams. As his royal highness has stated, “I support Saudi Arabia, and half of Saudi Arabia are women.” Working hard with full determination always pushes us one step ahead in life and helps us surpass our limitations.
