How has Servcorp helped you achieve your goals?

Up until 2018, we were a bunch of individuals operating out of our home offices. Now we have a base.

Before I was coaching people in coffee shops and in various locations. Now they come here and it’s private, it's confidential. We can get down to it and talk quite freely. That has had a huge impact on generating more clients.

Servcorp also provides services to help manage my diary, so I can focus on the stuff that I'm good at.

What is it like to be a Servcorp client?

I feel like I co-own this space, even though I've really only got one office. This is a floor that I'm a part of and as a Servcorp client I feel like I belong.

Servcorp has their staff out the front and they are fun, energizing and engaging. So it makes the business that I’m part of feel bigger and more important.

Can you think of an example where Servcorp went the “extra mile” to help you?

We had some clients coming in to see us and the team suggested arranging some morning tea. At the designated time they came in and it just made us look so professional and well organized. It was fantastic and made a great impact on the client.

Why did you choose Servcorp over other providers?

We chose Servcorp primarily because of its location in the Hills district. We did look at some other places, but we would have to go to Parramatta. Our clients are primarily here, however, Servcorp also allows us to expand out into other locations. It's very comforting to know that we can utilize Servcorp’s space, as one of our partners travels frequently.

The price was a good incentive and the customer service had an impact on us choosing here as well. One of the first things that Brooke, the location Manager, said to me was that ‘We want to grow with you’.

I'm looking forward to my next overseas trip, where I can turn up to work in London because there's a Servcorp office. I haven't done that yet, but looking forward to it.

What have been the greatest benefits of working with Servcorp?

The greatest benefit for me since joining Servcorp has been twofold. One was to get the executive assistant, she's been fantastic. The second was to be able to coach from a home base.

Would you recommend Servcorp?

I would recommend Servcorp. The reason being is you can just start, I was working on my business within minutes. I just turn up and go to work. It's fantastic. I don't have to worry about anything else like phone bills, electricity bills or any of those other things that might come along if I was managing my own premises. For that reason alone I would recommend Servcorp.
